Womens Empowerment Coaching In Economics And Politics

By Brenda Morris

When it comes to living a positive and uplifting life, there are many ways in which one can do so. While there are a number of areas with regards to womens empowerment coaching, economics is one area in which there seems to be a great deal of interest.

As there are often setbacks, these coaches work to help instill a better sense of self-awareness and self-confidence in these women. In most cases, these individuals coach women in the economic sector. While this is the case, there are also others whom work in the political and other sectors in which women are few and far between.

The internet and online support groups have become popular over the last several decades. As many of these groups were created by and for women, it is easier for users to connect with each other on an emotional level. Whether related to equality for LGBTQ community members, women or others, these groups have often proved beneficial. As such, there are now support groups for everything from ADHD to Zen meditation in which online users can take part.

There are blogs and forums related to a number of issues related to domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault and other issues which women are often afraid to talk about in public. As a result, women can connect with others whom are going through the same situations, often on an anonymous basis.

While the womens movement started in the 1960s, it was a long time coming. Over the last several decades, women have gained a lot when it comes to civil rights. Whereas, there are still a number of areas in which women work that lack in equality. Some of these include, equal pay for equal work and the political and technology sectors.

While LGBTQ discrimination and racism are still in the forefront of the news, the womens movement has somewhat been placed on the back burner. Although, with the current issues related to rape, sexual abuse, sexual assault and other crimes in and around Hollywood, there is somewhat of a revival of interest. While this is the case, there is no indication that the news of these crimes will lessen future events.

There are far more blogs and social networking posts which work to empower rather than degrade women. In many cases, these blogs are owned and run by professional women. Whereas, there are also others which were created by stay at home homes. In fact, blogging about life, whether a professional or home body has often proved beneficial when it comes to living a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.

Women have come a long way and many are finding equality in and around the workplace. Whereas, there are still others whom are being held back. As such, it is important that women continue to work together whether online or through marches and rallies to gain equality in all areas of life.
