In a race of running behind money people started compromising on the quality of eatables. Even in this profession we began to think of saving time and effort. This introduced substandard materials in cooking which started affecting human health.

The person who is master in cooking has assistants to help him. They have separate ranks like commi and pastry chefs. Presentation and decoration is very important in food processing. This art has a flipside. People started designing substandard food in a beautiful way which caused lot of health related issues in the society.

Today the technology is involved in each and every aspect of life. This has helped to increase production and reduce cost. The ultimate objective is to replace man with machines. There is always an element of human error even though how good we are at work. Robots do the same work complete accuracy.

In any kind of business it is taught that customers are our god. It is our duty to fulfill their demands. Even though the job becomes challenging for us we cannot get angry on our clients. The good thing that has happened is as their demand increased we also learned to evolve while catering to their needs.
